Okout ō Samouraï Kitchen products are shipped mainly from our logistics center in the Paris region.

The average delivery time for items shipped from our warehouses is 3 to 5 working days by Colissimo, GLS service or sometimes (depending on the weight of the package) by Chronopost express service.

Our delivery times are generally indicated during the order validation. If nothing is indicated when choosing the type of delivery then the default period is 3 to 5 days. The times indicated are average times and are calculated in working days after processing the order (parcels are generally dispatched within 1 to 3 days).

A tracking number will be communicated to you as soon as your order is dispatched. In any case, we remain at your disposal for any further information.
